** THE JOB
** The Pavilion at Toyota Music Factory is hiring Usher/Ticket Taker Crew Members for our exciting 2026 concert season. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy live entertainment, and are passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences. If you love live music, teamwork, and making lasting impressions on guests, this is a great opportunity to be part of an energetic and welcoming venue team.
** WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
*** Welcome guests with a friendly, professional attitude and create a positive first impression
* Scan and verify tickets and credentials at venue entry points and seating sections
* Assist guests with seat locations, directions, and general venue information
* Ensure the venue remains safe, clean, and guest-ready throughout events
* Address guest questions, concerns, or issues with care and professionalism
* Help maintain crowd flow and ensure guests are safely enjoying the show
* Guide guests to exits and provide instructions in the event of an emergency
* Support venue security by monitoring access to restricted areas as needed
* Participate in the venue’s
** CARE sustainability program**, including recycling efforts and educating guests on waste-reduction initiatives
* Collaborate with team members post-event to close the venue, which may include collecting recyclables, storing equipment, and tidying seating areas
* Assist with additional duties as assigned by management
** WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
*** High school diploma or equivalent preferred
* 1+ year of experience in guest services, hospitality, or customer-facing roles preferred
* Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
* Excellent judgment, professionalism, and ability to remain calm under pressure
* Willingness and ability to be on your feet for extended periods, including walking and climbing stairs
* Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing 25 lbs. or more as needed
