The candidate will report to the sales manager and act as a strategic partner to building owners and facility managers, focused on expanding the service footprint through the sale of Technical Service Agreements and advanced digital building solutions. Leveraging deep technical expertise in platforms such as Alerton and Niagara, the executive will manage the full sales lifecycle from project estimation to the presentation of energy conservation strategies, ensuring seamless long‑term support for both new and existing accounts.

• Build trust, develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, building owners, facility managers, property managers, engineers, and consultants.
• Create and implement a sales strategy - account management plan to achieve or exceed annual sales plan on a consistent basis.
• Maintain involvement and account management throughout the complete service sales cycle to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
• Develop technical skills and a clear understanding of current technologies, software, and best industry practices geared toward Bosch Building Technologies’ offerings.
