** for the EP service growth project pipeline— enabling the intake, prioritization, and execution of NSD initiatives while maintaining clear line of sight to incremental services growth targets. You will promote disciplined decision‑making, portfolio transparency, and alignment to long‑term business objectives.

** to manage its
** New Services Development (NSD) project portfolio**. This is a highly strategic role that blends portfolio management, critical thinking, and structured problem solving to accelerate services growth.
** Service Excellence:
** Working knowledge of customer service concepts and techniques; ability to meet or exceed customer needs and expectations and provide excellent service in a direct or indirect manner.

** Consulting:
** Basic understanding and knowledge of techniques, roles, and responsibilities in providing technical or business guidance to clients, both internal and external; ability to apply consulting knowledge appropriately.
