The Windows Administrator is responsible for the configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, upkeep and operation of both physical and cloud servers and associated applications in an enterprise environment. They are involved in troubleshooting and problem resolution and will diagnose and resolve problems quickly. The individual should be able to communicate technical concerns and solutions to their team and provide workable solutions. They are also responsible for installing and upgrading software, installing, and rebuilding existing servers and will have opportunities to deploy server infrastructure as code in a cloud environment.
This technical role includes duties across the entire server lifecycle and is key to providing stable platforms that meet the enterprise requirements for performance.

Responsibilities- Configure and Manage App Locker resources
- Upgrade Windows 2012 servers
- Configure and support Azure Cloud environment
- Problem investigation, troubleshooting and resolution
- Identify, recommend, and implement process improvement opportunities where applicable
- Maintain security standards, configuration compliance, patch management
- Manage system infrastructure including Active Directory, Windows Server, Azure Entra
ID, Network, Backups and other software and hardware - Monitor systems and respond quickly to any usability concerns
- Building Servers, Installing Applications and Upgrade systems as needed
- Assist in integrating new applications and technologies into the current system
- Perform other duties as assigned
- 8+ years of experience in Information Systems and/or Technology Delivery services with emphasis in Windows Server Administration
- Microsoft Server Administration
- Entra
ID/Active Directory (Domain Services, Group Policy) - Scripting languages (Power Shell)
- Microsoft System Center (SCCM, SCOM, Defender Endpoint Protections)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proven troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and ability to learn new information in a timely manner
- Support a 24/7 systems environment including evenings and weekends as needed
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or MIS preferred.
