We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer/Designer for a Project Manager role. The Project Manager will focus on design and production of construction drawings (using Autocad), working from start to finish on MEP/commercial building projects.

• Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 6-10 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering
• 5+ years of recent experience working on commercial building/MEP projects
• EIT or PE is a plus, but not required.
• Proficiency in Autocad, MS Office (Word and Excel), Com Check and other energy code forms.

• Initiate project start-up, manages and hands on production for document preparation, and coordinates construction administration activities.
• Assume primary responsibility for the project’s financial success, quality of documents, delivery of service to the client, and schedule performance.
• Act as primary designer on projects.
• Production of construction drawings using Autocad on all projects assigned.
• Serves in a more external client facing role.
