The Senior Electrical Engineer will work in a multi‑disciplined team environment responsible for designing building systems and producing construction documentation for institutional projects in the higher education, government, and commercial markets. We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Electrical Engineer to be part of our strong growth.

• Design electrical systems including lighting and power.
• Develop calculations for lighting systems and associated controls.
• Develop electrical system design calculations.
• Prepare detailed design documents in REVIT.
• Perform QA/QC design work.
• Coordinate with Owners and Architects.
• Coordinate work with other disciplines.
• Complete code compliance research.
• Oversee and provide guidance to junior engineers.
• Assist in the procurement of new work, including the development of client relations.

• Proficient in Revit and MS Office.
• Experience with complex institutional projects.
• LEED experience; certification desired.
• Knowledgeable with codes, standards, and design guidelines.
• Excellent work ethic and attitude.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills combined with organizational skills, ability to plan, balance and prioritize work.
• Ability to lead a team as well as work as part of a team.

• Minimum of 6 years electrical design experience as a registered engineer.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Professional Engineer license; PE preferred.
