** This track is for individuals with the desire to develop business and leadership skills and use their engineering training for business unit and development projects. The ideal candidate should possess business acumen and relationship management skills. This track is for those interested in applying their technical and leadership skills to advance operational excellence and design engineering solutions. The ideal candidate should be proficient in coding/software languages including Python, Java, C and C++, SQL etc.
At the end of this track, you will have an applied knowledge of operations, which will prepare you for roles in Operational Excellence, Materials Management, Supervision, Product Design, Supply Chain, etc.

Required Qualifications:
0-2 years of relevant work experience (internships or co-op) Proficiency with basic Microsoft Office:
Word, Excel, and Power Point Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills Demonstrated leadership experience
Strong organization and work/project planning skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, and PowerPoint skills Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement processes
Experience with project management tools, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall Experience leading teams to achieve project goals and objectives
