What You'll Do

Teach core skills in HVACR, electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, plumbing, and basic construction.
Lead engaging virtual and in-person sessions that connect theory to real-world application.
Coach learners at all experience levels, fostering a safety-first mindset.
Keep labs running smoothly and industry-ready.

What You Bring

5+ years of hands-on trade experience.
Strong communication skills and a passion for teaching, mentoring, or coaching.
Comfort with tools, tech, and hybrid learning environments.
Commitment to OSHA safety standards.

Preferred Certifications/Licenses

Certifications like EPA Universal, OSHA 10/30, or Journeyman licensing.
Hybrid teaching experience and curriculum development skills.
