- Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, usability tests, and field studies.
- Analyze user behavior and convert insights into actionable design decisions.
- Develop personas, customer journeys, and user flows.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Design intuitive navigation structures and information architecture.
- Ensure designs align with accessibility standards and UX best practices.
- Work closely with product managers, developers, UI designers, and stakeholders.
- Present design concepts and rationales through documentation and walkthroughs.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies when required.
- Conduct usability tests to validate design decisions.
- Analyze test results and iterate designs based on user feedback.
- Ensure final designs meet user needs and business goals.
- Create interactive prototypes to demonstrate user interactions.
- Apply brand guidelines to maintain visual consistency.
- Work with UI designers on final visual polish.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI,
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX projects and design process.
- Proficiency in design tools:
Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, Miro
, etc. - Understanding of design thinking, user research methods, IA, and prototyping
. - Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
- Knowledge of responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and interaction patterns.
