Senior Product Designer; Figma

10 is currently seeking a Senior Product Designer (Figma) for a 12+ month contract position with our client, a Global Financial Institution, located in Irving, TX.

In this role, you will consult as an expert to develop and influence initiatives for complex business and technical needs across various areas of experience design. You will address unique challenges, deliver large-scale solutions, and provide expertise on innovative design to senior leadership.

• Consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across experience design, such as content design, design programs, design research and strategy, or product design
• Consult on the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas
• Deliver solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical and inductive thinking
• Provide expertise to senior leadership on innovative experience design business solutions
• Strategically engage with client personnel

• 7+ years of experience in product design, experience design, design strategy, design research, or content design.
• Strong expertise in Figma and collaborative design workflows.
• Proven ability to influence outcomes across multiple teams and senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.

• Experience in financial services or regulated environments
• Background designing complex enterprise platforms with internal and external users

$61.10 - $69.40 per Hour
