Remote Biller - Claims

• Electronically bill third‑party patient claims and process rejections
• Handle denials related to duplicate claims, timely filing, and medical necessity
• Provide education and feedback to providers on denials impacting revenue
• Appeal denied claims with persistence and accuracy
• Audit patient accounts and initiate over payment refunds when necessary

• 1–3 years of dental billing experience
• Previous experience in multi‑specialty dentistry is a plus
• Medicaid and PPO billing experience highly desired
• Valid Driver’s License for potential travel to different work sites
• Must reside and be authorized to work in Arizona, Colorado, or Texas at the time of hire

• Experience working with electronic dental billing systems
• Strong understanding of dental coding and billing procedures
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients and providers
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical skills
