Doximity Talent Solutions is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Account Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to support the Locum Tenens Sales team in delivering top-notch staffing solutions. As an Account Coordinator, you will work closely with healthcare providers, clients, and internal teams to ensure the seamless coordination and execution of staffing needs.

This role will be filled in our Irving, Texas headquarters.

• Support Locums assignment operations by collaborating closely with account managers and our logistics team to ensure alignment and up-to-date communication
• Build and maintain accurate shift, rate, travel, and billing details in Salesforce
• Send clear, timely confirmation letters to clients and providers
• Monitor and update shifts based on changing client needs
• Audit timesheet submissions to ensure correct, accurate rates applied

• Experience in healthcare staffing or a fast-paced support role
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Proficiency with Salesforce and Google Suite
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A proactive, organized team player who can handle confidential info with care

The US total compensation range for this full-time position is inclusive of a base salary. Our ranges are determined by role and level. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including relevant skills, experience, and education/training.
