Position Responsibilities Train Team Leads to build a high-performing, positive team environment to provide top-notch customer service. Manage the daily activities of various Customer Service departments. Evaluate team procedures and identify areas for improvement. Review performance reports and suggest ways to increase efficiency.

Resolve escalated customer issues promptly.

Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree. Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms. 3+ years of customer service management experience.
