We are seeking a dedicated Catering Coordinator to help plan and organize catered events. This role involves working closely with clients and our team to ensure every event runs smoothly. • Talk with clients to understand their event needs.
• Help plan event details like menus, schedules, and setup needs.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure everyone is informed.
• Prepare quotes, invoices, and basic paperwork for events.
• Ensure supplies and equipment are ready and available.
• Be present on event days to help things run smoothly and address any small issues.
• Work with vendors and venues to confirm deliveries and event details.

You will work in a high-end cafeteria and report to the Sous Chef. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, either from 6 am to 2:30 pm or 7 am to 4 pm. The dress code includes black khaki pants, a black polo shirt, and black shoes.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irving, TX.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Irving,TX.
