A national workforce solutions organization supporting real estate and appraisal services is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join its credit solutions team in Irving, Texas. This non-entry-level opportunity is ideal for a customer service professional who thrives in fast-paced, production-driven environments and excels at resolving complex issues while delivering best-in-class service by phone and email.

Hours & Pay
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM-7:00 PM
  • Pay Rate: $17 per hour
  • Employment Type: Temp-to-hire
  • Location: Onsite in Irving, TX

Daily Responsibilities
  • Manage post-delivery appraisal revision requests and escalated transactional issues
  • Own the order fulfillment process from order entry through completion
  • Maintain and manage a pipeline of appraisal orders using a queue-based system
  • Collaborate with internal teams, clients, vendors, appraisers, and underwriters to resolve issues efficiently
  • Monitor and respond to inbound phone calls from clients and vendor partners
  • Maintain ongoing communication regarding order guidelines, appraisal performance, and client requirements
  • Review appraisal reports and guide appraisers on proper methodology and compliance
  • Research and identify property- or appraisal-related issues
  • Proactively resolve post-delivery client requests as they arise
  • Accurately document all escalations and transactions within the system of record
  • Partner with Vendor Managers, Field Appraiser Managers, and Client Management teams to support pipeline operations
Required Qualifications
  • Prior customer service experience in a non-entry-level role
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Up-to-date resume reflecting customer service experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional phone presence with a customer-first mindset
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive, driven, and self-motivated work style
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications
  • Experience in a fast-paced, production-driven environment preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to comfortably sit and/or stand for the duration of an 8-hour shift
