• At least 18 years of age
• High school diploma, high school equivalency or currently attending high school
• Six months of work experience in a retail or customer service environment preferred
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must pass background investigation according to company policy
• Ability to work well with co-workers and in a team environment

• Provide exceptional customer service, including receipt and payment of cash, in a high-volume sales environment
• Evaluate customer relationships and recommend bank products and services
• Follow established policies according to bank and supervisor directives
• Achieve monthly new account production goals
• Participate in in-store prospecting activities
• Process deposits and payouts accurately, balancing daily transactions
• Verify cash and checks, detect counterfeit currency and checks
• Record transactions and issue receipts
• Sell money orders, cashier's checks, wires, and CDs
• Process Western Union wires and cash advances
• Cross-sell bank services and products
• Serve a diverse customer base, including Spanish speakers
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance

• Stand or walk for extended periods
• Work in a high-volume, stressful environment
• Operate computers and office machinery
• Lift up to 50 lbs
