Pride Staff - 566983 [Customer Service Representative] As a Customer Service Representative at Pride Staff, you'll:
Receive incoming service calls from around the country and try to solve the customers mechanical issues;
Dispatch the territory service technician to the customer's location if the problem cannot be solved over the phone;
Communicate issues with equipment and provide solutions;
Work directly with Field Technicians and prepare work estimates to customers;
Submit technician job orders for billing.
