CSR Responsibilities!
  • Identify and assess donors’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Generate fundraising donations and leads
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust withcustomeraccounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle question, complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records ofcustomerinteractions, processcustomeraccounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies in conjunction with ourcharitybylaws and guidelines
  • Take the extra mile to engage donors and educate on behalf of the charity!
CSR Skills We Love!
  • Provencustomersupportexperience or experience as aclientservicerepresentative
  • Philanthropy experience,charity experience or any form of helping others!
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
