Invoicing Specialist

Overview

Join Moss as an Invoicing Specialist to support our customer service and finance functions in a people‑centric environment at Trescal
, a leading independent calibration, repair and asset services provider in the U.S.

• Process, verify, submit and reconcile invoices for Trescal customers.
• Maintain accurate records of invoices and related documentation.
• Communicate with customers and internal departments to resolve discrepancies, inquiries and purchase order issues.
• Answer invoice inquiries and provide high‑quality customer service.
• Assist Finance with resolving payment disputes and discrepancies.
• Obtain purchase orders from portals and submit to the Contract Review group.
• Upload invoices to portals and process credit memos.
• Perform all other duties as assigned without notice.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• One or more years of experience in a customer service role.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience or eagerness to learn company‑driven CRM systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and professional etiquette.

• This role requires sitting or standing for extended periods and some light lifting (up to 25 pounds).
• Primarily performed in an office setting, Monday‑Friday with standard office equipment. Remote work is not available.
