The Brand Sourcing & Manufacturer Relations (BSMR) team is hiring a Sr Associate, Graphic Design to support the BSMR Engagement & Communications function. This role produces on-brand presentation and digital design assets for internal communications and stakeholder materials, following established enterprise brand standards. Under the direction of the Director, BSMR Engagement & Communications, the role supports design request intake, incorporates feedback, and helps maintain reusable templates and visual assets.
Key Responsibilities- Create on-brand visual assets:
Produce presentation and digital design materials (e.g., PowerPoint slides, graphics, layouts) to support BSMR communications and team initiatives, following established enterprise brand standards. - Support use of AI-enabled tools:
Use approved AI features and automation tools (e.g., within design and M365 applications) to help streamline production, modernize content, and improve consistency; share learnings and elevate questions as needed. - Collaborate with stakeholders:
Gather requirements, clarify objectives, and incorporate feedback from BSMR partners to translate content into clear visual formats for primarily internal audiences. - Maintain templates and asset library:
Update and organize reusable templates and design assets to support consistency across BSMR communications, making changes as directed and documenting version updates. - Manage assigned tasks and deadlines:
Track and prioritize incoming design requests, meet committed timelines, and complete quality checks (e.g., formatting, accessibility basics, brand compliance) before delivery.
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field (or equivalent experience)
Critical Skills- 2+ years of professional graphic design experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 including PowerPoint, Teams, Copilot, Outlook, and Word
- Experience working within brand design systems to communicate creative concepts across a range of mediums; ability to execute consistently across complex brand structures
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred
- Experience leveraging AI for content development is preferred

Working ConditionsEnvironment (Office, warehouse, etc.)
- Hybrid role based in Dallas Metro Area; onsite presence on specific in-office days and as needed for business priorities.
- Large percentage of time performing computer-based work is required.
This role is a hybrid position
. The selected candidate is expected to work on-site at our Las Colinas office a minimum of two (2) days per week
, with the remaining days worked remotely. Specific in-office days may be designated based on team needs and business priorities.
$56,700 - $94,500
