We are seeking an Event Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will coordinate, manage, and execute a variety of events with precision and flair. You will play a key role in ensuring every event reflects the quality and energy that Catch Vibe Voice is known for.
Responsibilities- Plan, coordinate, and execute events from concept to completion
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless event delivery
- Manage event logistics, including venues, vendors, and timelines
- Ensure events meet brand standards and client expectations
- Assist in developing creative solutions to enhance event experiences
- Provide on-site support and coordination during events
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and handle fast-paced environments
- Detail-oriented with a passion for creating memorable experiences
- Problem-solving mindset and adaptability
- Competitive salary ($54,000 – $59,000)
