Why This Role Matters:

We're a full-service, top 100 commercial roofing contractor (including sheet metal) with a Fortune 500 client roster and a rock-solid reputation. As our Estimator, you'll be on the front lines of high-impact projects that drive our bottom line, client satisfaction, and long-term success.

Responsibilities Include:

• Prepare detailed estimates, bids, and proposals with accuracy and speed.
• Review blueprints and perform take-offs from drawings and site evaluations.
• Partner with sales to hit customer deadlines with complete, professional proposals.
• Ensure pricing, scope, and contract terms are aligned and accurate.
• Handle change orders, submittals, purchase order requests, and project transitions.
• Drive success in pre-construction meetings and job hand-offs to project managers.
• Monitor job costs and analyze post-project metrics to improve future bids.

What You Bring:

• Deep knowledge of commercial roof systems, construction processes, and warranty requirements.
• Proven experience in estimating and bidding roofing projects using Edge Software.
• Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Blueprint reading expertise and clear, confident communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with poise and professionalism.
