Position: Painting Sales / Estimating Manager

We are seeking a motivated Painting Sales & Estimating Manager to lead project estimation and drive business growth for our painting division in Irving, TX. This full‑time role blends sales expertise, client engagement, and project oversight to deliver accurate, competitive estimates for both commercial and residential painting projects. Based in Irving, the position offers hands‑on involvement with clients, project planning, and team coordination, ensuring the division meets its growth targets.

Candidates should bring proven experience in painting estimating, bid preparation, and sales strategy execution, ready to make an immediate impact in the Irving market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct on‑site evaluations to determine project scope, requirements, and site conditions in Irving.
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates covering labor, materials, and project timelines.
  • Develop and present competitive proposals and bids to clients, contractors, and architects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, project teams, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure estimates align with project execution plans.
  • Mentor junior estimators or sales staff and provide guidance as needed.
  • Track project budgets, costs, and profitability metrics.
  • Identify new business opportunities and assist in shaping sales strategies.

Requirements
