Brainfreeze Collective Intern

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Brainfreeze Collective Intern to join the Customer Insights team. This role is part of a small strategic team whose mission is to embed customer thinking into everything we do. You will develop, implement, and manage outreach for The Brainfreeze Collective, an engaging community of 7

REWARDS and Speedy Rewards members. Acting as the primary liaison between our brand and community, you will play a pivotal role in fostering meaningful relationships with our members, creating a lively and fun environment for 7‑Eleven and Speedway enthusiasts.

• Actively listen to, identify, and categorize the goals, challenges, and priorities of community members
• Respond to questions, facilitate discussions, and address community feedback
• Encourage active participation, content sharing, and deeper engagement from community members
• Create a process for managing community feedback that ensures concerns are addressed appropriately

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Strategy, or related field
• Proficiency in social media platforms and analytics tools preferred
• Experience with Customer Feedback Management Platforms such as Qualtrics, Alida, Medallia, InMoment, Clara bridge preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience collaborating with team members in a high-throughput, deadline-driven, process-oriented environment
• Highly organized and strong attention to detail. Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to solve problems both independently and as part of a team through a structured approach
