* Summary:

** In this role, you will analyze spend data to identify contract opportunities throughout the sales cycle and implementation phase. You will evaluate financial models, assess savings potential, and present data-driven recommendations to management and external stakeholders. You will provide strategic guidance that influences contract selection decisions and drives measurable impact to the client’s bottom line.
** Responsibilities:
*** Conduct complex financial analysis including pricing, rebates, administrative fees, and distribution structures to identify savings opportunities and competitive advantages.
* Analyze spend data to uncover contract optimization opportunities during sales and implementation phases.
* Serve as key analytical resource to evaluate client gains and losses.
* Interpret statistical findings using market intelligence and product knowledge.
* Assess non-pharmacy portfolio performance with emphasis on medical-surgical categories.
* Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Med Surg Commit, Vizient, and competitor contracts to deliver accurate financial comparisons.
* Develop and present clear, data-driven recommendations to management and external stakeholders.
* Communicate financial insights persuasively to a broad range of internal and external clients.

* Qualifications:

*** Relevant degree preferred.
* 5 or more years of relevant experience required.
* Strong financial modeling and data analysis skills.
* Experience analyzing pricing structures, rebates, and administrative fees within healthcare contracting or GPO environments preferred.
* Knowledge of medical-surgical product categories and non-pharmacy portfolios preferred.
* Ability to interpret complex statistical data and translate findings into actionable insights.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to diverse audiences.
** Estimated Hiring Range:
** At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $68,500.00 to $.This position is also incentive eligible.
