Sr. Client Implementation Specialist

• Provide a wide range of support to proactively identify and address client needs
• Act as a subject matter expert and resource for the team
• Collaborate with management and internal teams to develop client implementation configurations
• Deliver training and education to clients, ensuring they maximize product usage
• Document and organize standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process workflows

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience
• Strong analytical skills to determine root causes and develop effective solutions
• Excellent customer service skills and data management capabilities
• Strong written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills

• Experience in project management or client implementation roles
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques
• Knowledge of the title insurance or real estate industry
• Strong ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Power Point
