Essential Functions:
Executive & Strategic Support
- Serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to the Chief Commercial Officer and commercial leadership team.
- Drive clarity and alignment on commercial priorities, ensuring initiatives are structured, sequenced, and executed effectively.
- Support the creation and maintenance of executive dashboards, KPI scorecards, and performance visibility tools that enhance accountability and decision-making.
- Develop executive-ready communications, board-level materials, presentations, and business cases.
- Translate high-level strategic objectives into actionable roadmaps with defined milestones, ownership, risk mitigation plans, and measurable success criteria.
- Lead enterprise-level commercial initiatives from ideation through execution, ensuring delivery on scope, timeline, and performance objectives.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Marketing, IT, and Operations to remove barriers and accelerate execution.
- Identify and operationalize revenue growth levers, pipeline optimization strategies, territory alignment enhancements, and sales productivity improvements.
- Drive scalable process improvements with disciplined attention to efficiency, governance, and compliance.
- Establish clear performance metrics and deliver regular executive updates on progress, risks, and impact.
- Leverage advanced analytics and performance data to identify gaps, opportunities, and trends across the commercial organization.
- Improve forecasting accuracy, pipeline health, and revenue predictability through structured reporting and governance frameworks.
- Support territory design, segmentation strategy, and Salesforce optimization initiatives.
- Enhance visibility into commercial performance to drive proactive decision-making and strategic resource allocation.
- Act as a connector across functions, fostering collaboration and alignment without direct authority.
- Model operational excellence, structured thinking, and disciplined follow-through.
- Elevate standards of accountability and execution across the commercial organization.
- Provide mentorship and strategic guidance to team members when appropriate.
- Strategic thinker with strong execution orientation.
- Proven ability to lead complex initiatives from concept through implementation.
- Exceptional analytical capability with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Executive-level communication and presentation skills.
- Strong project management and prioritization discipline in fast-paced environments.
- High responsiveness with a strong sense of urgency and ownership.
- Solutions-oriented mindset with structured, fact-based problem-solving.
- Ability to influence without authority and build strong cross-functional partnerships.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM platforms.
- Comfortable operating in high-visibility, high-accountability environments.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- 5 years of progressive experience in commercial operations, sales strategy, sales enablement, strategic planning, account management, or related commercial functions.
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives with measurable business impact.
- Experience building executive reporting frameworks, dashboards, and performance management systems.
- Experience supporting senior leadership in a strategic capacity preferred.
- Background in financial services preferred.
