The Associate will support improving our transportation strategic initiatives to enhance processes within our Logistics Operations Center team. * Report to the Associate Manager / Manager to manage, monitor and develop recovery plans for outbound loads
* Execute outbound strategy - working across all distribution centers, third-party storage locations, cross docks, and vendors
* Monitor, measure, and improve service level metrics, including on-time arrival and on-time departure
* Determine root causes and ensure details of escalations are provided and accurate
* Execute relabeling of boxes from label generation to pushing customer communication updates
* Quickly and effectively analyze real-time data to provide recovery and contingency action plans
* Run the daily Exception Management process, communicating potential delays and assigning boxes to be re-made, with the goal of protecting the customer experience
* Track, organize, log and root cause major exceptions events; analyzing the impact of these events to weekly error data
* Solve unique and challenging problems faced in a perishable supply chain

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, or other relevant areas of study required
* 2 years of experience delivering analytical solutions to complex problems required
* Ability to travel up to 20% within the United States required
* Experience working with transportation management software preferred
* Flexible in working a non M-F work schedule (e.g. rotational schedule, weekends, and/or overnights). Must be able to work both Sunday-Wednesday and Wednesday-Saturday, subject to change.
