Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Director of Franchise Development role based in Farmers Branch, TX. The Director of Franchise Development will oversee all aspects of franchise sales and development, including generating leads, managing franchise opportunities, and drafting and reviewing franchise agreements. This role also involves creating strategic business plans to expand the Poolwerx network and providing support to potential franchise owners throughout the onboarding process.

Develop and present franchise business proposals to prospective partners. Work closely with the marketing team to refine lead generation campaigns and sales strategies. Negotiate franchise agreements in collaboration with senior leadership. Coordinate and oversee franchise discovery and approval process. Provide detailed reports on franchise sales performance, pipeline activity, and lead conversion rates.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Franchise Sales and familiarity with Franchise Agreements
  • Strong understanding of Franchising and Franchise Development processes
  • Solid skills in Business Planning and the ability to guide franchisees toward success
  • Demonstrated success in Lead Generation and converting prospects into franchise owners
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Capability to work collaboratively within a team and effectively manage relationships with franchise partners
  • Fran Connect experience preferred.
  • Previous experience in franchise or business development in the retail, service, or related industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
