Overview
Lead and execute the commercial strategy for the Components MRO business to drive sustainable revenue growth, market share expansion, and customer loyalty by aligning marketing, sales execution, and customer engagement with operational capabilities. This role is responsible for translating business objectives into effective marketing, sales, and customer engagement strategies across all target segments.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute the global/regional marketing and sales strategy aligned with the Components MRO business plan.
- Own revenue growth, order intake, and customer acquisition targets for the Components MRO portfolio.
- Lead market segmentation, pricing strategy, value proposition development, and competitive positioning.
- Oversee key account management, sales pipeline management, and forecasting accuracy.
- Define go-to-market strategies for new components, repairs, service offerings, and capability expansions.
- Drive branding, digital marketing, customer communications, and trade show participation.
- Establish sales KPIs, dashboards, and performance reviews; ensure disciplined CRM usage.
- Collaborate with operations and engineering to align capacity, turnaround times, and customer commitments.
- Negotiate commercial terms within approved authority limits to maximize margin and customer value.
- Build, develop, and lead a high-performing sales and marketing organization.

- Sales and marketing execution plans within the approved annual budget.
- Customer engagement approaches, campaign tactics, and lead-generation activities.
- Pricing and discounting decisions within delegated authority levels.

- Component Business VP – Align commercial strategy with overall business objectives, P&L targets, and strategic priorities.
- Operations & MRO Site Leadership – Coordinate capacity, turnaround times, and service levels to ensure customer commitments are achievable and met.
- Engineering & Technical Services – Align repair capabilities, technical solutions, and new service offerings with market and customer needs.
- Finance – Establish pricing, margin targets, forecasting accuracy, and financial performance tracking.
- Legal & Contracts – Ensure commercial terms, contracts, and agreements comply with legal, regulatory, and corporate standards.
- Quality & Compliance – Ensure customer requirements and marketing claims align with regulatory approvals and quality system capabilities.
- Airline, OEM, defense, and industrial customers – Drive revenue growth, negotiate commercial terms, manage relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Distributors and channel partners – Expand market reach, manage indirect sales performance, and align channel strategies.
- OEM licensors and repair partners – Coordinate authorized repair programs, commercial agreements, and joint market opportunities.
- Marketing agencies and industry event organizers – Execute branding, digital marketing, and industry event participation.
- Industry associations and regulatory stakeholders – Monitor market trends, influence industry positioning, and ensure alignment with regulatory frameworks.
Required
- Academic Requirements
- Business or Engineering
- Master’s degree – MBA or similar
- Lean Six Sigma Certification
- Languages – Spanish
- Special Licenses – N/A
- Previous Experience – 5-year experience in similar areas
- Use of tools (technology, specialized equipment, etc.)
