IT Implementation Solutions AnalystLocation:
Irving, Texas.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and provide feedback from multiple locations to the IT Product Owners on potential new features and/or enhancements.
- Present at division, region, and forecast meetings to provide updates on IT solutions and solicit feedback on future system enhancements.
- Conduct subject‑matter trainings with a variety of audience members.
- Assist with the development of training materials when a new version of the ERP system is deployed.
- Identify technology and business model problems and assist in developing solutions.
- Assist with rollout of new features.
- Develop relationships with all levels of employees at multiple office locations to understand their needs and challenges.
- Work with the product development lifecycle of all product teams.
- Assist in enhancing the product development lifecycle implementation and efficiency at the Service Center.
Estimated Min Rate: $33.00
Estimated Max Rate: $36.00
