• Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities within target markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with physician leaders, practice administrators, and other decision-makers.
• Facilitate and coordinate engagement activities including site visits, dinners, and executive introductions.
• Partner with ESP leadership to prepare presentations, proposals, and messaging for prospective partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, finance, operations, HR) to ensure seamless execution of business development activities.
• Track and report pipeline activity, including progress, risks, and opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and physician practice needs to inform business development strategies.
• Represent ESP at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• 8–10 years of progressive experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding growth targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to manage the full business development cycle from prospecting through close.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactically.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

• Monday–Friday, daytime schedule; occasional evening events required.
