** What You'll Be Doing
*** Play a key role in identifying, analyzing, and pursuing new strategic opportunities with regular exposure to executive leadership.
* Assist in managing strategic projects and initiatives to drive revenue growth, value enhancement, and cost optimization.
* Lead cross-functional teams to implement business transactions and strategic changes from due diligence through completion.
* Prepare and present investment, divestiture, and acquisition proposals with thorough evaluation of financial returns, market opportunities, and risks.
* Provide trusted counsel and market intelligence to senior leadership for short- and long-term strategic planning.
** What Are We Looking For
*** Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field;
Master’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in building materials or related industries (e.g., transportation, logistics, investment banking, strategic consulting, operations management).
* Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and financial acumen with attention to detail.
* Proven ability to lead projects, build relationships, and collaborate across teams.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with a track record of driving results.
** Work Environment
** This role operates in a hybrid work environment with a blend of remote and in-office collaboration. Occasional travel may be required to support strategic initiatives and team engagement.
