• Providing strategic sourcing and contract management support across North America for assigned category.
• Develop, negotiate, and manage supplier agreements to ensure optimal value and compliance.
• Identify and drive process improvements in procurement and supplier performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align sourcing strategies and negotiate supply and service agreements that meet operational needs for price, quality, service, and availability.
• Support procurement systems and tools, including SAP and Ariba, to enhance efficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, financial, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in procurement and contract management within manufacturing, production, or construction environments.
• Professional accreditation in Supply Chain Management is preferred.
• Strong understanding of procurement, contract management, and sourcing best practices.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives and manage multiple projects.
• Skilled in negotiation, relationship building, and stakeholder engagement.
• Proficiency in SAP (ECC 6.0 MM module), Microsoft Office applications, and Ariba platforms.
• Commitment to ethical sourcing and continuous improvement.

This role is based in our Irving, TX office and may require occasional travel. You’ll work in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment with cross‑functional teams across North America.
