** What You'll Be Doing
*** Providing strategic sourcing and contract management support across North America for assigned category.
* Develop, negotiate, and manage supplier agreements to ensure optimal value and compliance
* Identify and drive process improvements in procurement and supplier performance
* Collaborate with stakeholders to align sourcing strategies and negotiate supply and service agreements that meet operational needs for price, quality, service, and availability.
* Support procurement systems and tools, including SAP and Ariba, to enhance efficiency
** What Are We Looking For
*** Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, financial, or related field.
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience in procurement and contract management within manufacturing, production, or construction environments.
* Professional accreditation in Supply Chain Management is preferred.
* Strong understanding of procurement, contract management, and sourcing best practices
* Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple projects
* Skilled in negotiation, relationship building, and stakeholder engagement
* Proficiency in SAP (ECC 6.0 MM module), Microsoft Office applications, and Ariba platforms
* Commitment to ethical sourcing and continuous improvement
** Work Environment
** This role is based in our Irving, TX office and may require occasional travel. You’ll work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams across North America.
