Parts Counterman

Dallas Direct Auto is seeking a dedicated Parts Counterman to join our team in Irving, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing and selling automotive parts to customers, ensuring a smooth and professional experience. You will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of our parts department, contributing to customer satisfaction and overall business success.

$20-25 per clock hour

3 weeks of paid time off after 1 year.

• Assist customers in locating and purchasing automotive parts and accessories.
• Maintain accurate and organized parts inventory and records.
• Process orders and handle cash and credit transactions quickly and accurately.
• Communicate effectively with mechanics, suppliers, and other departments.
• Provide product recommendations and technical information to customers.
• Ensure the parts counter area is clean, organized, and well-stocked.

• Previous experience in automotive parts sales or a related field preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with inventory management systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Competitive hourly pay ranging from $20.00 to $25.00, paid weekly.
