Office Administrator/ Coordinator
Job Summary
This position will provide advanced administrative support to the Executive Director while serving as a liaison to executives, elected officials, city management, Arts and Culture Board members, the general public and media.
Responsibilities- Manage the Executive Director’s calendar
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, complex events and conference calls
- Prepare correspondence, presentations, reports, informational packets and other documents
- Review incoming reports and correspondence to determine appropriate course of action
- Maintain databases, electronic files and financial records
- Assist with developing, administering, monitoring and coordinating the annual department budget
- Associate degree or equivalent
- Minimum of three years of increasingly responsible secretarial or administrative assistant experience or equivalent transferrable skills
- Excellent customer service, written and oral communication skills
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office products
- High level of computer proficiency
Hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. with some evening and weekend work required.
PayPAY GRADE GG20 / FULL PAY RANGE $29.47 - $41.52 PER HOUR
