* you* are our quality control. In this role, you will be responsible for performing general clerical duties to record and maintain customer accounts. Using your analytical skills and observant mindset you will include encode items, balance deposit tickets to items and perform standard quality control checks. You enjoy assisting customers and want to ensure timely and accurate responses to all customer inquires and correspondence.
*
* What you’ll do:

*** Process and prepare items for distribution to Image Item Processing or Transit Department
* Maintain records of documents processed and compile reports according to standard operating procedures
* Assist with customer inquiries regarding lockbox operations
* Ensure deadlines are met by having all correspondence mail and work to the receipt area and log for pickup
* Retrieve all end-of-day reports from system and file accordingly
* Always take action with Integrity, Caring and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes

* What you’ll need:

*** Required Availability:
Saturday 7am-5:30pm and Sunday 6am- 4:30pm
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Accurate and detail oriented
* Data entry skills
* Multi-task oriented
* Time management skills
* Proficient in Microsoft computer applications
** Additional Preferred Skills**:
* Lockbox experience
* Check processing experience
