Automotive Title Clerk – Dallas Direct Auto

Pay: $18–$22 per hour (based on experience)

Benefits: 3 weeks of paid time off after 1 year

Dallas Direct Auto is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Automotive Title Clerk to join our team. This position is essential to ensuring accurate and timely processing of all vehicle titles and registration paperwork.

• Process vehicle titles, registrations, and related documents
• Verify accuracy of all paperwork and ensure compliance with state regulations
• Communicate with customers, lenders, and DMV offices as needed
• Maintain organized records and digital files
• Support the sales and finance departments with documentation needs
• Handle any title discrepancies or issues promptly

• Previous dealership title clerk experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency with dealership software is a plus
