Legal Clerk

Seeking a highly motivated Legal Clerk for our client in Irving, TX. This position offers the opportunity to work collaboratively within a dynamic team on a contract-to-hire basis.

Legal Clerk Role :

Responsibilities include accurate data entry, document management, and providing support to legal professionals in administrative tasks.

Legal Clerk Duties :
  • Enter legal data into databases with precision
  • Review legal documents for completeness
  • Organize digital and physical filing systems
  • Perform quality control checks and correct data errors
  • Support administrative tasks such as document tracking and scanning
  • Assist with ad hoc legal projects with confidentiality
Legal Clerk Background Profile :
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ years of data entry or administrative support experience
  • Knowledge of legal terminology and documents a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong typing skills and ability to handle confidential information discretely
