Executive Assistant Responsibilities
  • Assist the Senior Vice President and other executive leaders by managing day‑to‑day global operational and administrative needs concerning tasks, responsibilities, prioritizations, and delegations.
  • Facilitate domestic and international travel arrangements; assist in payments, expense processing, and charge‑card reconciliation.
  • Oversee and manage office procedures, including organizational documents, records, reports, and data entry.
  • Support global communications by maintaining a master calendar including all holidays, special events, organizational meetings, and gatherings involving office employees.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all highly sensitive, personal, and financial information.
  • Streamline administrative processes, optimize executive productivity, and ensure smooth operations through planning and proactive problem‑solving.

    Advanced proficiency in scheduling tools; manages complex calendars and multi‑level tasks.
  • Office Administration:
    Experienced in coordinating meetings, travel, and office logistics efficiently.
Top Candidates Will Also Have
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Proven experience supporting senior executives in a global organization.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in travel coordination and expense management systems (e.g., Concur).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and comfort with enterprise systems (Workday, Viva Engage).
  • High emotional intelligence and adaptability in fast‑paced environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
