Executive Assistant Responsibilities- Assist the Senior Vice President and other executive leaders by managing day‑to‑day global operational and administrative needs concerning tasks, responsibilities, prioritizations, and delegations.
- Facilitate domestic and international travel arrangements; assist in payments, expense processing, and charge‑card reconciliation.
- Oversee and manage office procedures, including organizational documents, records, reports, and data entry.
- Support global communications by maintaining a master calendar including all holidays, special events, organizational meetings, and gatherings involving office employees.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all highly sensitive, personal, and financial information.
- Streamline administrative processes, optimize executive productivity, and ensure smooth operations through planning and proactive problem‑solving.
- Accuracy & Attention to Detail:
Proven ability to process large volumes of information with precision. - Collaboration:
Experienced in fostering teamwork and aligning diverse groups toward shared goals. - Effective Communication:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Proven experience supporting senior executives in a global organization.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency in travel coordination and expense management systems (e.g., Concur).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and comfort with enterprise systems (Workday, Viva Engage).
- High emotional intelligence and adaptability in fast‑paced environments.
- Demonstrated ability to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
