** What You'll Be Doing
*** Process and administer wage garnishments, including child support, tax levies, and other court-ordered deductions.
* Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws governing garnishments and wage withholding.
* Review and interpret legal documents and verify accuracy before implementation.
* Coordinate with payroll to ensure timely and accurate deductions and payments.
* Maintain detailed records and respond to inquiries from employees and agencies.
** What Are We Looking For
*** 2–3 years of experience administering wage garnishments while ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
* Ability to interpret and apply legal and regulatory requirements.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with payroll systems.
* Strong communication skills for interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
** Work Environment
** This position operates in a hybrid professional setting with routine use of standard office equipment. Occasional collaboration with remote teams may be required.
