Human Resources Shared Services Specialist
Adecco is recruiting an HR Shared Services Specialist to work on-site at our culinary client’s distribution center!
- This is not Monday through Friday (training will be M-F for the first 2 weeks)
- SCHEDULE: Thursday through Monday 9-6pm
- On-site 5 days a week
- Starting ASAP through March 2026 with possible extension
- Office selection of Irving or Grand Prairie
As a Field Shared Services Associate
, this role is critical to ensuring all day-to-day administrative tasks are completed to enable our Distribution Centers in the network to run successfully. Shared Services Associates will work closely with various departments and are committed to teamwork.
A successful candidate will be an individual who can exercise independent judgment, have key attention to detail, have problem-solving skills, a sense of urgency, and possess excellent communication skills. One of the key traits of a successful candidate is having a data-driven/data integrity mindset and striving to ensure our data is consistent and accurate.

- Roster accuracy
- Processing timely data changes
You will ...
- Provide generalist support to the facility in all areas of Human Resources
- Provide payroll support and data entry responsibilities for timekeeping accuracy and reporting
- Utilize and reference local HR tools, systems, and data sources to perform roster audit exercises
- Manage & audit employees profiles in Workday to make sure they are properly reflecting their shifts, managers, and employment status
- Maintain employee records for Hello Fresh and Temporary employees to ensure accuracy
- Manage associate callout system including verification of time off hours, use data exports to support operations shift planning, and use system functionality to send out critical site communications to applicable employees
- Assist with new hire orientations as needed
- Meet SLA requirements for resolving associate and manager inquiries presented through Zendesk ticketing system
- Participate and execute on special projects as assigned

At a minimum, you have...
- AA/AS degree or equivalent job experience
- Minimum 1+ years of human resources and/or administrative experience
- Working knowledge of payroll and timekeeping processes
- Knowledge of database software, email systems, and office software
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented and energetic with a passion for solving people problems
- Thrives in high growth, fast paced environments
- People-oriented and highly interpersonal; able to cultivate collaborative relationships across the organization
- Superior verbal/written communication, organizational, computer (Excel & GSuite) and data entry skills
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and tact
- Must be able to commute to and work from a field DC location
