Escrow Support/Front Desk (Independence Title – DFW Area)

Independence Title is a subsidiary of Anywhere Integrated Services, providing title, settlement, underwriting, and vendor management services for residential and commercial real estate transactions in Texas. We are looking for an organized, customer‑focused individual to support our escrow teams and serve as the first point of contact for clients.

• All receptionist duties: answering phones, greeting visitors, maintaining lobby setup, processing deliveries and mail.
• Assist with opening new customer/client files into the database system.
• Manage office supplies and maintain work/copy room upkeep.
• Provide general support to Escrow teams as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Minimum one year of administrative experience (required).
• Experience in the real‑estate industry (title, escrow, property management) is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be able to work onsite; this is not a remote position.
