Automotive Title Clerk: Fulltime & Part Time

Automotive Experience Required.

Toyota of Irving is looking for a full-time/ part-time experienced automotive accounting clerk to join our team. If you thrive in the fast pace culture of a dealership accounting office then this may be the job for you.

We only hire the best of the best & are looking for the perfect fit to join our team. Our top candidate will need to possess the following skill set:

• New/Used title work experience required
• Ability to multi-task - deadline oriented - time management
• Automotive experience is required
• Tekion experience a plus
• Accounting and General Ledger experience a plus
• Additional tasks including schedules will be assigned
• Wholesale knowledge
• Process title and registration for new vehicle sales
• Accurately prepare title documents for the State in which the vehicle is to be registered
• Follow up on outstanding issues
• Prepare checks and GL entries for tax work submitted to the State

Minimum High School Or GED Equivalent Required.

Experience:

• Bookkeeping: 1 year minimum
• Accounting: 1 year minimum
• Prior automotive title clerk experience required
