Accounts Payable Specialist

Accounts Payable Specialist. AP Clerk. Next Step Recruiting is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable clerk for a national organization out of Irving, TX, for a contract-to-hire opportunity that will start the week of June 19th. Our client is a very stable, medium-sized organization that still runs a fairly manual process, so candidates must be ok with some data-entry of invoices into an AS400 system and some manual processing.

The manager is fantastic, and the successful candidate will have a great team to work with.

Candidates should have:

• At least 2+ years of corporate Accounts Payable experience
• Strong, intermediate Excel skills
• Good communication skills and the ability to problem-solve

This role is 100% onsite, M-F, at their Irving, TX location, so a commute to Irving must be ok. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity - only candidates who are ultimately interested in the role becoming permanent should apply. Thank you!
