The Senior Accountant will be responsible but not limited to all aspects of accounting duties within our organization. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing journal entries, performing account reconciliations, maintaining the general ledger, assisting in the preparation of tax returns, fulfilling audit requests, and performing other accounting duties as assigned daily.

• Reconcile and maintain balance sheet and general accounts
• Review and approve entries of accounting staff for Hardware division
• Manage the month‑end close process, prepare JE’s where appropriate and ensure proper compliance with GAAP
• Generate the monthly financial reports and prepare the financial reporting packages
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
• Coordinate more complex accounting projects and initiatives with other members of the accounting and finance team or with other departments
• Monitor and enforce compliance with accounting policies and procedures
• Prepare and assist with Tax Returns as appropriate
• Assist with audit preparation, investigate and resolve audit findings, account discrepancies and issues of non‑compliance
• Suggest ways to improve efficiency and reduce spending
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or Business Administration
• CPA/MBA is a plus
• Public Accounting experience is a plus
• 3-4 years’ experience in accounting in a fast‑paced corporate environment
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations (GAAP, IFRS)
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
