Sr. Accounting Manager Consultant

Our client located in Irving, TX is looking to bring on a Sr. Accounting Manager Consultant on a contract basis. This person will be directly responsible for handling month, quarter and year‑end close process.

Responsibilities:

• Review and reconcile all balance sheet and income statement accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare and post adjusting journal entries to reflect the true financial position.
• Generate and review year‑end financial statements summarizing fiscal year performance.
• Perform year‑end close activities, including finalizing accounting records and closing the books.
• Execute year‑end close processes to roll forward opening balances into the new fiscal year.
• Ensure financial data is accurate, complete, and audit‑ready in compliance with accounting standards.
