Stock Controller

FINTEC recruit are supporting their client with the recruitment of a Stock Controller within the Warehouse & Distribution team.

This is a full time permanent role based in Irvine. Our client is looking to appoint a stock controller in a newly created role to support the continued growth of the business and to strengthen current operations.

You’ll be responsible for stock accuracy, reporting, and processes, while leading and developing a small team to maintain high operational standards.

• Lead and support a small stock control team
• Manage all stock movements, accuracy, rotation (FIFO), returns and damages
• Maintain stock accuracy and resolve discrepancies
• Produce regular stock reports for management
• Ensure a clean, safe, and well‑organised warehouse
• Support goods in/out and picking during busy periods

• Proven experience in stock control or warehouse operations
• Previous team leadership experience
• Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills
• Confident IT user (WMS/ERP systems)
• Hands‑on, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment
