We are currently recruiting an experienced Banksman / Traffic Marshal for an ongoing construction project in Irvine. This role is ideal for a skilled Banksman / Traffic Marshal looking for reliable, full-time work on a single site.

Role Overview

You will work as a Banksman / Traffic Marshal, safely directing vehicle and plant movements on site, maintaining clear communication with drivers and site operatives, and ensuring all traffic management activities comply with site health and safety requirements.

Key duties include:

* Safely directing vehicles and plant around the site as a Banksman / Traffic Marshal

* Maintaining clear communication with drivers and site operatives

* Ensuring compliance with site health and safety procedures

* Supporting the wider site team in daily operations

* Monitoring traffic flow and reporting any issues promptly

Requirements

* Valid CPCS Banksman / Traffic Marshal qualification (A73 or equivalent)

* Proven experience in a Banksman / Traffic Marshal role on construction sites

* Strong understanding of site health and safety procedures

* Willingness to undertake drug & alcohol testing prior to starting on site

* Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
